Our 'lil' Bistro is cozy, quaint and with an old world feel. Chef Romilio "Eddy" Chacon and Sous Chef Lisa "his wife" work tirelessly to put out the best food you'll ever eat! After years of cooking in his own restaurant in New Jersey, he settled here in Georgetown to "turn on the South" with his special style of cooking with an Italian flair. Chef Eddy's encompassing of flavors are pure and unadulterated. Classic Italian flavors with the freshest of South Carolina ingredients. The wine list compliments every dish, and our knowledgeable staff will be happy to help with the pairing.
"Sunday Family Style Dinner"
Chef Eddy will prepare and serve family style on the first Sunday of every month. A long table will be set with bowls of anti pastas,pastas,seafood dishes, salads,bread,and for dessert there will be tiramisu. Bottles of red and white wine will line the table for your enjoyment as you serve yourself and enjoy the company of your neighbor. Our server will be there to assist in any manner. The cost is $25 a person. Reservations required, give us a call.
